ALTUMET UNIT

Algerian Metal Tubes

📍 Réghaia – Algiers

Algerian Metal Tubes – ALTUMET Unit, located at National Road No. 05, Réghaia Industrial Zone – 16112 Algiers, covering an area of 50,063 m².

It specializes in:

  • Manufacturing of spiral “SAW” welded steel tubes intended for pipelines transporting hydrocarbons and gas, water supply systems and steel structures. Its products comply with the API 5L and NF EN 10224 standards and specifications.
  • External tube coating using a three-layer polyethylene system in accordance with ISO 21809-1, and internal coating using epoxy paint for gas applications / ISO 15741 or food-grade applications according to NF EN 10339.

The unit is certified according to API Q1 (Equivalent to ISO 9001) and holds a license allowing it to affix the API 5L monogram to its products.

It also has a laboratory accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, ensuring the reliability and conformity of its tests and inspections.

Unit Production Range

  • TUBES: Diameter from 16’’ (406.4 mm) to 36’’ (914 mm), thickness from 6.5 to 15.9 mm; soon up to a diameter of 48’’ (1200 mm), with a thickness of 22.22 mm.

Services

  • Three-layer external polyethylene coating.
  • Internal epoxy coating.
PAF UNIT

Cold-Formed Sections

📍 Réghaia – Algiers

PAF Unit, located in the Réghaia Industrial Zone, covering an area of 150,669 m².

It specializes in the manufacture of cold-formed sections, longitudinally welded tubes, metal safety guardrails, telecommunication towers and metal storage racks.

Unit Production Range

  • Angles from 15 to 250 mm, thickness from 0.60 to 8 mm.
  • Round tubes, diameter from 114 to 168 mm, thickness from 3.6 to 6.3 mm.
  • All sections within the following dimensions: developed widths from 27 to 650 mm, thickness from 0.6 to 8 mm.

IRRAGRIS UNIT

Tubes and Sprinkler Irrigation Equipment

📍 Bordj Bou Arreridj

IRRAGRIS Unit, located in the Bordj Bou Arreridj Industrial Zone, covering an area of 95,512 m².

It specializes in the manufacture and commercialization of irrigation systems (PIVOTS).

The unit is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Unit Production Range

  • Irrigation pivots from 1 to 50 ha.
  • Tunnel-type agricultural greenhouses of 400 m².

Services

  • Hot-dip galvanizing of steel products.
  • Slitting of steel coils.
  • Plasma cutting.
PTS UNIT

Small Welded Tubes

📍 Réghaia – Algiers

PTS Unit, located in the Réghaia Industrial Zone, covering an area of 63,535 m².

It specializes in the manufacture of longitudinally welded steel tubes intended for pipelines transporting fluids and for steel structures.

Unit Production Range

  • Round steel tubes: diameter from 219 to 900 mm, thickness from 3.5 to 12 mm.
  • Tubes with diameters from 16 to 88.9 mm, thickness from 1.0 to 3.2 mm.
  • Square tubes from 16 × 16 up to 70 × 70 mm.
  • Rectangular tubes from 30 × 20 up to 80 × 60 mm.

  • Steel coil slitting.
PTTP UNIT

Small Tubes and Profiled Sheets

📍 Hassi Ameur – Oran

PTTP Unit, located in the Hassi Ameur Industrial Zone / Oran, covering an area of 70,000 m².

It specializes in the manufacture of longitudinally welded steel tubes, flat sheets and profiled sheets.

Unit Production Range

  • Round, square and rectangular tubes, diameter from 16 to 88.9 mm, thickness from 1 to 3.6 mm.
  • Ribbed or corrugated galvanized sheets, width 714 or 836 mm, thickness from 0.5 to 1 mm.
  • Tunnel-type agricultural greenhouses of 400 m².
